Buying a house at any stage of life is one of the most terrifying and stress-inducing experiences anyone has, especially as a first time buyer in today’s market. But if there is anyone who is going to navigate you through the process from start to finish with ease, it’s Kim and Carlos. From the moment we began working with them in May of 2023, they embodied everything that an agent should be: Communicative, receptive and patient. Most importantly, however, they always had our best interests in mind. With how long we worked with them, I’m sure at times it felt like the goal posts for what we were searching for were constantly moving, and they most definitely were. But no matter how many audibles we threw their way, they were always patient and understanding, and we greatly appreciate that. Kim and Carlos did a great job helping to sell my house. They gave good suggestions on staging my home and priced it right so it sold fast. The communication was timely, especially when working with the buyers to meet the inspection conditions. They were also very helpful in returning some small items that accidently got packed up when moving and retrieving a couple of packages that got sent to the old address after moving.
